Jonathan Anderson
My name is Jonathan Anderson, and I live in Austin, Texas. I was introduced to Ram Dass by an old friend who gave me his copy of Be Here Now. I have loved watching my meditation practice unfold and change alongside the rest of my life. I remember the first time that I felt “meditated”; I had heard of the floating feeling, but never really experienced it. After that, I re-read Be Here Now, and found messages that I had never noticed—I had seen the words, but not the deeper messages. I always look forward to the next reading.

Blake Tedder
My name is Blake, and I am twenty-five. I went to University of North Carolina and currently teach yoga in Carrboro. In 2001, my father and I incredibly survived a plane crash in the mountains of Colorado. Rarely am I bragging when I say this. My healing continues. Less physical, it’s more in my heart now. Yoga has become such an important practice for me to get back to feeling that which my mind won’t let my heart bear. Do you know what I mean? I am a musician, a yoga teacher, a radio show host, and, at the same time, apparently Being-Consciousness-Bliss. On Air: WCOM 103.5FM in Carrboro/Chapel Hill, North Carolina

Sue Callaway
I was born in New York with devotional tendencies, no doubt genetically enhanced by my sweet, Irish Catholic, rosary-bead-carrying grandmothers. I am now middle-aged with two wise and wonderful almost-adult children, living a Bhakti-infused life in a small New England town with a passion for chant, yoga and life. I am awe-struck by even the mundane on a daily basis and am grateful for the depth and breadth of teachings and teachers available on the planet today. I’m glad we’re all here.

Zach Leary
Raised on an Apple II+ in a house with some of the brightest minds of the 20th century, I was taught at a young age to be a seeker. I have followed the Grateful Dead, competed in junior rodeo, studied music at the Berklee College of Music, come to be a respected digital marketer, and have recently become a Bhakti Yogi. My fascination with consciousness expansion, art, science, God, and love continues to fuel my everyday life and work. I live in Los Angeles and work in what Hunter Thompson called “the long plastic hallway,” a.k.a. the music business.
